Black Orchid Enterprises wants to ensure you have the best experience possible with us, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we accept returns in accordance with the following policy:
Returns must be received within 14 days from the date you originally received the item; Returns after 14 days are on a case by case basis and are for store credit only. If you are returning the merchandise because of a manufactuer defect you must deal with them directly. If you need help, we will be happy to act as your advocate with them throughout the entire process.
- Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee (with a minimum fee of $15.00)
- To initiate a return, completly fill out the form located in the RA Request tab for a Return Authorization Number (RA#);
- Include your RA# (we will provide this by email) on the form- as well as reason for return, .
- Print this form and return it along with your merchandise.
- To prevent fraudulent returns, we also ask that you include the serial number of the item you are returning;
Please securely package the item and include the return authorization form with the shipment;
- Ship the item and return slip to our return center address on the members page.
- Please allow 10 days for shipping and processing;
- Black Orchid Enterprises is not responsible for the cost of return shipping or for items damaged or lost in the return process.
- Returns must include origional box (if applicable), and must be in the same condition as when it was shipped from BOE.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
