We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. We typically ship within 24 hours of receiving payment.
We ship ONLY to PayPal CONFIRMED and credit card BILLING addresses.
We do not ship to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses.
Combined Shipping: We offer combined shipping rates for multiple items. To qualify for our combined shipping discount, all items must be paid on a combined invoice and shipped in the same package. You will be invoiced the full shipping cost on the most expensive shipping rate and charged an additional fee for each item based on the type of item.
Shipping Damages: Black Orchid Enterprises is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We will contact UPS on your behalf to file a damage claim. Items damaged in shipping must be confirmed by the shipping carrier. Hold the item, original packaging and contact us immediately.
You will be refunded only after the claim has been approved and paid by the shipping carrier.
